Need help identifying which tumbling class to enroll your athlete in? No worries! See each tumbling class level breakdown below and register accordingly. Athletes must master the highlighted skills at their current class level in order to move to the next class level.
Tumbling classes are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays to athletes age 2 to 18 years of age.
Tiny Tumblers
Tiny tumbler class is scheduled from 5:00 - 6:00 PM. This class is specifically for ages 2 to 4 years old. Athlete must be fully potty trained.
Skills tiny tumblers will learn:

4. Body Control
5. Strength & Condition Games
Beginners
Beginner Tumbling Class is scheduled from 6:00 to 7:00 PM.
Skills beginner athletes will learn:

4. Standing Bridge
5. Handstand to bridge with stand up
6. Handstand to 1 leg bridge
7. Standing bridge
8. Cartwheel
9. Round off
10. Power Hurdle & step-step hurdle into Round off and cartwheel
11. Front walkover & Back walkover.
Intermediate
Intermediate Class 7:00 to 8:00 PM
Skills intermediate athletes will learn:

4. One arm cartwheel
5. Aerial prep
6. Front handspring

Advance Class 8:00 to 9:00 PM
